Established in 2019, we are based in West London and offer high end security and search equipment for exhibitions, product launches, private functions, government / embassy events of all sizes under our brand of Reed Security.
We offer a wide range of detection equipment as either a dry hire or supervised with a technician on site. Most technicians are of an ex-forces or police background with experience in search and detection. We only use government approved equipment which is tested and calibrated on site daily before each use.
Our service is bespoke, but a typical hire charge for an evening event with a single technician consisting of delivery and setup of one metal detector arch and one metal detector hand wand would be between £500 - £600 within the London / South East region.
X-ray bag scanners and much more can be supplied as required. Due to the logistics involved with moving X-ray equipment, please contact us for an individual quotation. You will typically be looking at prices starting at £800 upwards for a X-ray machine for a single event which can include a walk through metal detector / knife arch and hand wand, as the main cost is that of transport. We can supply anything ranging from a small discrete cabinet scanner suited for handbags and jackets, up to a fully fledged baggage scanner capable of scanning large suitcases. Please ask if you have any requirements for deep penetration equipment.
Be it a small discrete product launch or a major event broadcast internationally attended by multiple heads of state, we are able to deliver. We will work with local authorities, venues, security managers and police as necessary.
Our range of hire equipment includes manufactures such as Garrett, Rapiscan, Smiths Detection, CEIA and L3 with many products being specialist items originally developed for high end security enviroments.
